and prominent real estate projects. Through its affiliate company,
Zhuhai Tianheng Real Estate Company Limited, the Group holds
lands located at the Southwest of Gangwan Main Road, Yinkeng,
Xiangzhou, Zhuhai, Guangdong, PRC. The lands have a total site
area around twenty-five thousand square meters. Zhuhai Tianheng
Real Estate Company Limited will be principally engaged in the
development of the lands and the sale of villa, residential
and ancillary uses such as landscaped garden and carparks to
be developed on the land. With the implementation of the Hong
Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, Zhuhai property market will flourish
and the project is expected to bring rich return to Yunnan Enterprise. |
