| Under the impetus of China Narcotics Control
Foundation and CCPIE’s Division of External Cooperation, Tianda
Pharmaceuticals made a donation of “Yi An Decoction”, a Traditional
Chinese Medicine for detoxification, to the Government of Laos
on 7th September 2006. The donation promoted the cooperation
between China and Laos in narcotics control and rehabilitation
of drugs addicts. It showed the continued support of Tianda
Pharmaceuticals in international narcotics control and rehabilitation
of drugs addicts.

Dear China Ministry of Public Security’s Narcotics Control,
CCPIE’s Division of External Cooperation, Narcotics Control
of Laos, Leaders of China Public Security Ministry, Ladies
and Gentlemen,
Hello, this is Liang Yizhong, manager of Tianda Pharmaceuticals’
“Yi An” department.
First of all, I represent Mr. Fang Wen Quan, the Director
& General Manager of Tianda Pharmaceuticals (Zhuhai) Limited,
to express our sincerest thanks to China Ministry of Public
Security’s Narcotics Control Foundation for giving us a chance
to donate. At the same time, we also bless this international
cooperation of China & Laos and donation a total success.
