blood plasma resources or capital into GuangMing Group’s
subsidiary Shenzhen Weiwu GuangMing Biological Products
Co. Ltd in exchange for shares in GuangMing Biotech. Gradually,
GuangMing Biotech will be transformed into a modern, international
R& D and production centre for vaccines and blood
products. GuangMing Group is located in the Baoan area
of Shenzhen. Most of its subsidiary companies are located
around Shenzhen and GuangDong Province. It has become
a conglomerate after going through around fifty years
of development. GuangMing Group has competitive advantages
in products, brands, technology, R&D and market shares
in dairy products,
biopharmaceuticals, ecological tourism and ecological
agriculture, etc. Through friendly and mutually benefitial
cooperation GuangMing Biotech will flourish by combining
the superiority and expertise of both sides; thus promoting
further co-operation between both sides in other areas

| Tianda Biotech has reached an agreement
to collaborate with China National Biotec Corporation
(CNBC) for the development of the international market,
and aid cooperation in R&D and biotechnological transfer.
Internationally, Tianda Biotech works alongside other
international companies to co-develop products, purchase
and sell product licenses; and shares the fruits of advance
technologies via the Technology Transfer Agreement. Currently,
Tianda Biotech has reached a mutual understanding with
Cimab in Cuba for the technological cooperation of antibodies
and cancer vaccines. Tianda Biotech is also initiating
market-related projects and R&D cooperations with
other biotech companies in Australia, the United States
and the Middle East. |
